The River Club is going to resurrect  a lady’s group called The Secret Mermaid Society.  It’s nothing mysterious but it is magical and fun! “It celebrates the call to living your greatest passions, taste the exotic, and experience the divine.” 

It will be a monthly gathering of the female members and (female guests) who want to partake in activities that range from watching a movie, doing a craft, playing a game, learning something new and will include a light supper.  Simple, exotic, creative……..when it’s your turn you choose…….and it’s not a contest.  

Each month, a Mermaid creates and organizes the activity.  There might be a charge for supplies for the activity or for food.  Organizer will determine if there’s a cost.  

Susan Drinker and Linda Higgins will be hosting the Inaugural Mermaid Society night on Tuesday, August 13th beginning at 5:30pm.  It will be a “Charleston Shoe Show”, please find a flyer attached to this email.
